Lyn Epstein:
Making Long Beach Neighborhoods a Better Place to Live
Lyn
Epstein, GRI
"Long Beach," remarked Lyn Epstein, GRI,
"is a city of unparalleled diversity with a variety of neighborhoods in
which one can choose to make their home." From residential
neighborhoods studded with historic, woodsy Craftsman and multi-hued,
stucco Spanish homes to a contemporary waterfront and custom-built
properties, Robert Weil Associates has, since 1972, attracted agents with
proven track records of providing quality service and grounded integrity
to the clients they serve. In addition, many a realtor in the firm
has had a hand in shaping the community into what it has become today. Two visible and well respected names go
hand-in-hand in the Greater Long Beach community; Lyn Epstein and Robert
Weil Associates. On May 15, 2003, Lyn was awarded the Humanitarian
Award from the National Conference for Community and Justice, the premiere
national human relations organization founded in 1927, at their 40th
Humanitarian Awards Dinner for her untiring efforts in serving Greater
Long Beach as a community volunteer. She has been a driving force in
a number of organizations by promoting and marketing the community in
which she has lived with her husband and two daughters since 1979.
Lyn believes strongly that Long Beach is a welcoming community, rich in
opportunity for all its residents. With highly acclaimed educational
institutions, vibrant cultural opportunities and a strong business
environment, Long Beach is on the move! Lyn is quick to remind questioning
clients that Long Beach is still among the last bastions of undervalued
California coastal property and sure-bet residential income investment
opportunities in the area with a number of choice neighborhoods available
to accommodate the wants and needs of over 450,000 residents. Lyn has often been touted as a
"cheerleader" for the community that she loves to sell! When asked
why she spends so much of her time in a volunteer capacity, she didn't
miss a beat before replying, "My community is only as good as the effort I
put forth to make a difference in its improvement. I believed this
before my real estate career began in 1998 and I feel it more strongly
than ever now." Sharing her intellect, skills and talents with
clients, which she, incidentally, refuses to to call customers, has earned
Lyn a well respected standing in both the residential real estate
community and the volunteer arena for which she was honored with this most
prestigious award. The National Conference for Community and Justice
and Robert Weil Associates is fortunate to name Lyn Epstein a true
Humanitarian making Long Beach and its neighborhoods a better place to
live.
